Late payments may incur additional charges.

All content, trademarks, and data on our website and produced through our services are owned by ProLab (Pvt) LTD or our licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the term of the agreement.
This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, strategies, and client information.
7. Termination
ProLab (Pvt) LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any client at our discretion if the client
breaches any terms of the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
8. Limitation of Liability
ProLab (Pvt) LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability
to use our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ProLab (Pvt) LTD harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising
out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of these
terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
11. Changes to Terms
ProLab (Pvt) LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes
by updating the effective date of these terms. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
